Super clean, the whole team of staff went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and make you feel at home. The animation team were so lovely and full of life but didn’t force anything on you.

The staff are all absolutely amazing everyone from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant & animation staff that really bought this place to life. Well done team. Loved the food here it was excellent and tops most of what out there hands down every time! Well done chef’s and team.

The service was top quality all staff was very helpful. Slimane was very helpful with bringing baggage and any queries we had. Hasna was very helpful on reception when we was booking in. Khad ja very helpful with any questions we had about our trip Fahd booked us to go on quad biking and organize taxis to and from the events we had planned they all went out of their way to make our trip very memorable.

I would say that great facilities you can find almost in all 4* hotels. But what made our family trip such an unforgettable experience was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we get value for money i.e. taxi, booking activities, etc, comfort and an overall great experience. Their warm hospitality and genuine care reminded us to appreciate the little things in life and be more grateful for what we have. We would like to send a special 'Thank you' to the person who helped us book the city tour, taxi, and camel ride experience. PS We have already booked for 7 nights next year.

Great for kids and families. Staff were really lovely, for the most part. Good selection of dishes at meal times and housekeeping daily if required. Entertainment for kids, every night.

All members of staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. We were staying with our 2 granddaughters, aged 13 and 18, and they loved all the activities organised by the Animation Team. The hotel and rooms were spotless. A great selection of food in dining room. We also loved the pool bar for drinks and snacks.

We liked everything, the staff were amazing, so welcoming and really good with children. There was a really good variety of food and drink (especially the cocktails).When there wasn't a buffet there was a pool side bar which served hot food like pizza, sandwiches, burgers ect which was lovely if you missed lunch, there was always something to eat. The room was clean and spacious, the room service was really good, The entertainment was fun, the lobby was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and quite big.

Actually it’s been an exceptional experience within the experience hotel palmeraie . The welcoming was very warm the staff were to helpful with there recommendations and the way they showed us their hospitality and kindness ,special thanks to the manager lady she helps us with extending our stay because the hotel was extremely nice and without forgetting the amazing staff hasna and farissi and RP khadija it’s really recommended to visit

Having read some reviews I had slightly lowered our expectations in regards to the rooms, WiFi and food/drink and was pleasantly surprised. No issues with getting WiFi, food was as you’d expect for a buffet but always something to choose and drinks were fine as we stuck to beers/wine. The rosé was great! All the staff worked hard and given it was in the 30+ degree heat and Ramadan it can’t have been easy. Couple of great young lads including Omar on the outdoor bar serving food/drinks and the lobby bar had a lovely slightly older guy serving there most evenings who would always be friendly and have a chat, apologies I don’t have his name. Manal and Hassan on the reception were really helpful booking the shuttle, late check out and our taxis etc.
